Heard of the concept called failing forward?

I am a proponent of that concept. It seeks to let individuals know that, you didn't fail at something, if you learnt from it.

For instance, Mr A gave a pitch in a competition, and sadly he didn't go through to the next round.

However, he was corrected, and told how he can improve and do better.

And, the next year, Mr A comes again to that competition. And this time he wins.

I like to call this failing forward to greatness.

You see, when you take lessons from an event that you didn't excel at, and you improved yourself.

Then, the truth is really didn't fail. You learnt. And you are better for it.

Cheers 🥂
