Emmanuel Nwanja 297 Content Writer || Management & Business Admin. || Growth Leader || Facilitator
As a Writer:
I understand that growth in all ramifications depends on communication and I bring the desired conversations with me.
Whenever I write, I do so with tones and styles that fit the purpose of the piece and culture of the brand by employing good research, giving credibility and value to my contents.
Making it easier for readers to find my written content, I bring in SEO and stay informed of trends, delivering the best results while prioritizing my audience to deliver the best quality unique content.
In Management & Business Administration:
I agree that the world is about numbers and management and administration make the world optimize numbers for best results.
This is why I can’t resist helping to drive the development of new products, initiatives, services, and business models that address societal and environmental challenges, through the management of teams and processes to create real change, dynamic interactions, and multi-stakeholder partnerships across ideological divides that are critical to making the radical shifts that we know we need.
Being a Facilitator:
I have always appreciated education and I appreciate the speeches and lessons listened and learned respectively because it has helped build the man I am.
This is why I use my speech to educate and inspire others. Preparing for new speaking gigs, I conduct research and practice for excellent delivery.
To be the best, I invest in learning and self-promotion, attracting my audience to guest speaking gigs.
All of this achievable with my unique communication skills, creativity, self-confidence, life experiences, attention to detail, and my ability to work under pressure.
As a Growth Leader:
Once, I didn’t know my path because most youths in Africa are brought up with the mentality that the status quo is the best way.
Now, I help others like me especially youths, through leadership, coaching, strategy, etc. to grow, be best, and positively change the world in their way. After all, we are the leaders of tomorrow and, better is needed.
For my Environment:
I invest in proper waste management because "if my environment doesn’t survive either will I."
Understanding that waste will always be a byproduct of society, therefore, I lead, collaborate, and support pollution control to prevent and reduce environmental pollution through recycling and up-cycling to provide economic value from the environmental pollution industry in the form of recycled products.
When it requires strategy, execution, and results; For personal, business, and/or organizational growth, I am best suited.
Acquire the skill. Be crazy-creative.
Never underrate the effort put into achieving simplicity.
I wish you a great weekend.
Truth is that:
👉 24/7 activity will not get you to your peak.
👉 9-5 Service will not bring you your best.

If you want to grow and go far, pick friends that #exchange value with you.
Know your friends because your association will determine your progress.
🗨 NB: You may not always see eye-to-eye and you will definitely grow with some constructive criticism.
▪ #Benefactors are not friends - they are the 'benefit crew'.
🗨 You've got to be around people who are interested in loving you as they love themselves.
🤔 Are you a friend or a parasite - Do you contribute valuably?
🤔 What other set have you or others mistaken for 'friends'?
You manage processes with people.
These people may be your friends or not.
Nonetheless, your job as a manager/leader is to get them to work efficiently.
This is achieved only by setting up and effectively managing processes.
Learn management because everyone is a manager.
"Dreams are not what you see in your sleep. They are those that don't let you sleep."
NB: Rest is essential.
The employer interviewed him...
“You are hired” the employer said. “Give me your email address, and I’ll send you the application..."
The man replied, “I don’t have a computer, neither an email.”
“I’m sorry,” said the employer, “if you don’t have an email that means you do not exist. And who doesn’t exist..."
The man left with no hope.
He didn’t know what to do, with only $10 USD in his pocket.
He then bought a 10kg tomato crate, then sold the tomatoes door to door.
In less than two hours, he succeeded and doubled his capital.
He repeated the operation 3 times and returned home with $60 USD.
The man realized that he could survive by this way...
Five years later, the man’s company was one of the biggest food retailers.
He started to plan his family’s future...
He called an insurance broker and chose a protection plan. The broker asked him his email.
The man replied: “I don’t have an email.”
The broker replied curiously, “You don’t have an email, and yet have succeeded to build an empire.
Do you imagine what you could've done with an email?"
The man replied: "An office boy."
🗨 What are you doing with what you have?
Last week I saw a baby chose beer 🍻 over milk.
Here's the thing.
Motivational speakers will tell you that 'you can reach for the stars.'
That 'you should go for it even if it might seem out of your league.'
This moved my heart like faith as small as a mustard seed will move a mountain.
I have learned that, a lot of the small stuff we choose to skip in the process of reaching for the stars are meant to properly build us to conquer the #stars.
🗨 Can a seed without good conditions grow to be a fine tree?
🤔 How then can a child that without adequate/good nourishment touch the stars?
Sometimes we are our own #nemesis.
Choose to be nourished for sustainable growth.
Africa needs to learn to create and not just consume.
